Amco Rewards

-All cards are property of Nevada Hair Partners L.P. and may be cancelled at discretion of owner if card is not being used in conformity with rules and regulations as follows.

-You must have signed one of our non diversion agreements and provide a copy of your state cosmetology license to participate.

-Any points awarded can only be used for redemption of product(s) at participating locations; redemptions can only be made at a participating Armstrong McCall store in person. All redemptions require you to present your card and current drivers' license. Nevada Hair Partners may require proof of a current state cosmetology license to issue a card or when points are redeemed. No points will be redeemed by email or phone.

-At the present time only the following Armstrong McCall locations participate in Club Style. No other Armstrong McCall will grant or redeem points.

-Points and Club Style card are not transferable; points will only be awarded to the holder of card for their purchases only. Any attempt to acquire points for other person(s) purchases will immediately cause cancellation of participation in the reward program, cardholder's account will be closed and card must be returned.

-Items acquired by redemption of points are subject only to manufacturer's warranties and may not be resold. No returns of items will be accepted and no points will be added to account. Any federal, state, county or city taxes are your responsibility to pay or report.

-Lost cards must be reported to the nearest participating Armstrong McCall. Any cards lost and used by a third party are totally at risk of account holder.

-Redemption can only take place during normal business hours and not the 8 days during the year that are blacked out for redemption.

-Employees of Armstrong McCall or any franchise may not participate.

-Points may not be awarded on all sales and may not be combined with any coupon or specially priced product(s) unless stated in writing that points will be awarded with purchase.

-Points are not acquired for purchases at hair shows.

-All disputes will be settled by arbitration in the state where the majority of points were given.

-Points shall have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

-Additional redemption points may not be purchased.

-When item(s) are returned to the store or through a sales consultant the points awarded for that item(s) will be deducted from the customer's account.

Terms and conditions of the redemption of points, including the redemption value of particular merchandise, may be changed at any time by Nevada Hair Partners L.P., without notice. This program may be terminated by Nevada Hair Partners, L.P., at any time without notice and without redemption of outstanding points or other consideration to participating customers. In the event Nevada Hair Partners, L.P., sells or otherwise transfers any of its participating franchises, the new owner of the franchise shall not be obligated to participate in or honor this redemption program.
